just discovered that docbook-mathml needs w3-dtd-mathml
otherwise:

$ cygport gl-manpages.cygport compile

With both I see only this warning for the compile step:

but packages stop here:

$ cygport gl-manpages.cygport install

Are you using an unreleased cygport ?

    doman *.3G
