missing 64bit ports (xdelta3 vs xdelta and pristine-tar)

may be. I asked info to the developer of xdelta about --pristine,
hoping he will reply.

Today we have two choices

#1) I pack both xdelta 1 & 3
#2) we drop pristine-tar
