BUG: ssh-host-config --yes fails with cygwin 1.7.33

The warning is still displayed despite mintty being run as
administrator. It now lists more groups,:

It still tests for id 544, which seems to have changed to 545:

$ id -G
197121 11 66048 66049 4 15 545 4095 0 405504


I double checked, this is with cygwin 1.7.33-0.4
