Correct cyggcc_s-seh-1.dll dependency in setup.hint (64bit)?

Asking the orcale at:

http://cygwin.com/cgi-bin2/package-grep.cgi?grep=cyggcc_s-seh-1.dll&arch=x86_64

gives the answer "libgcc1".
