You fixed --cut-dirs, but the packages' parent directory is still "64" 
instead of the package name, as they need to be.  The 32/64-bit 
designation needs to be higher up (e.g. ~jaalto/tmp/cygwin64/wcd or 
~jaalto/tmp/cygwin/64/wcd, etc.).
