After checking again, it turns out that this is apparently on purpose:
upstream removed the target from the Makefile and if I put it in there
again, the info file is still not produced due to errors in the texi
source.  So for now let's stick with the old info file from libcloog-doc
as it seems that the documentation for cloog-isl isn't finished.
