Anyone know who copied a rogue binutils package to the release?

Sorry, I uploaded it as I thought it was also done by Dave. I asked over
IRC if I should remove it, but got no response. Well, since it is
breaking things, go ahead and remove it.

Anyway, gcc 4.7.2 may need a binutils update, so care to bump it?
