Hi

New 64bit versions of 'ming/libming1/libming-devel/python-ming/perl-ming' have been 
uploaded to a server near you.

 o Build for cygwin 1.7.19 with gcc-4.8.0
 o tcl support is missing in this version as it needs swig for compilation
 o gif support is missing in this version as libgif-devel is not yet in the distro
