The next step would be to prepare a Cygwin man pages package from the files
from man-pages-3.32-14.fc16.noarch.  See http://cygwin.com/setup.html for
how to create a package.

Btw., the Linux man-pages package contains not only the Opengroup man
pages, but also the Linux specifc man pages.  For a start I think it
would make sense to include only the Opengroup man pages.
