I assume the above error is due to this:

category: Database Perl
requires: libgcc1 libmysqlclient18 libssp0 perl perl-DBI
sdesc: "Perl bindings for the MySQL client library"
ldesc: "Perl bindings for the MySQL client library"
prev: 4.020-1
curr: 4.021-1
test: 4.021-1
            ^

I've changed that to 4.021-2.
