ATTENTION: Tcl/Tk transition

Still outstanding are:

> * suite3270 [tcl3270] (Peter A. Castro)

In order to provide a seamless transition for users, your packages must
be rebuilt for the new Tcl/Tk per my original instructions[1].  Please
let us know when you will be able to do this, or if you need any
assistance.

Jason: I don't want to break Tkinter.  Can you make this a priority,
please?

Peter: If your update is not ready in time, I will have to remove
tcl3270 from the distro.
