setup snapshots missing?

  Did something break during the 1.5->1.7 changes maybe?  I can't find the
setup snapshots anymore:

404 http://cygwin.com/setup/
404 http://cygwin.com/setup/snapshots/

  Or is it just missing because we haven't spun any new ones since the
rearrangements?
