This update contains just two fixes for handling the Windows Explorer context menu,
thus I think it can go without an announcement if you agree:
* Handling of filenames with spaces in context menu
* Share context menu with Windows stand-alone package (in case someone installs both) 
  to avoid a duplicate entry, and handle the mutual install/uninstall cases

You may delete all previous packages except the last one (2000.15.4).
