Hi,

Ngspice is a mixed-level/mixed-signal circuit simulator based 
on Spice3f5

The package is already in Debian, and the licence is mainly BSD

Built with
./configure --enable-xgraph --enable-x --with-editline=yes

one patch taken by the development branch to avoid
libedit consuming all CPU cycles.
