It looks like we're down to five stale mirrors.  That makes me wonder
how often these mirrors are contacting sourceware since it's been more
than 24 hours now.

Nevertheless, I see progress every time the mirror checker runs so we
should be fully caught up by Saturday 2009-12-26.  I think we can start
package uploads at that point.
