MinGW runtime and w32api

We've change the naming convention of the mingw-runtime and w32api
packages for the MinGW distribution...

Libraries and headers:
mingwrt-3.15-mingw32-dev.tar.gz
w32api-3.12-mingw32-dev.tar.gz

Source Code:
w32api-3.12-mingw32-src.tar.gz
mingwrt-3.15-mingw32-src.tar.gz

DLLs:
mingwrt-3.15-mingw32-dll.tar.gz

My question is, should I use the same naming convention for the Cygwin
distribution, or keep things the status quo?
