setup.hint format change?

I'll do the conversion to whatever it is so you'd just have to
understand the new format.

I'm currently deciding between yaml, curly ml, and just forgetting about
it.  I'm also wondering if we should just be using rpm and forgetting
about our own package format.  Of course rpm comes with its own set of
problems.
