Boost 1.34.x package

Hi,
straight to the point... Boost does not directly support DLL naming scheme
that Cygwin uses and neither does it generate export libraries on Cygwin. I
was able to hack Boost 1.33.x to produce those but I am unable to do the same
with 1.34.x because their build system has changed and I do not understand
its insides well enough.

If there is anybody who can produce Boost 1.34.x packages that would get GTG,
please step out. I will happily yield maintainership to you. If nobody does
then I am going to keep maintaining 1.33.x indefinitely.
