Hi,

Brltty is widely used in Linux distributions and was recently ported to
windows, so here is a proposed setup.hint for it:

sdesc: "Access software for a blind person using a soft braille terminal"
ldesc: "Access software for a blind person using a soft braille terminal.
It is a background process (daemon) providing access to the Windows
Console for a blind person using a refreshable braille display."
