and keep 2.5.0 only. No change in setup.hint.

This release uses the following cygport script:

As I wanted to work within the cygport framework, the files that were in
 /etc/defaults/etc/email/ are now in /etc/defaults/etc/.

Let me know if this is an issue, and I'll repackage accordingly.
