setup.exe segfaults on upgrade of libopenldap2_3_0

Yup, that was it:

$ zcat /etc/setup/libopenldap2_3_0.lst.gz
gzip: /etc/setup/libopenldap2_3_0.lst.gz: unexpected end of file

I removed the file and libopenldap has now upgraded successfully.
