Git error on Cygwin

Hi,

   I'm having the following issue with git on cygwin.

Cygwin: setup.exe version 2.573.2.2

Operating System: Windows XP Professional Version 5.1 Service Pack 2

Hardware: Intel Centrino Duo T2300 1GB RAM

Error:
$ git-clone <username>@<host>:/<path>/<project>

Further notes:
* The same command on the same repository works on Linux.
* I tried also by removing and unistalling all antiviruses, spywares and
firewalls from the PC, but the problem still happens...
* In attachment I put the result of cygcheck -srv
