I noticed a possible bug related to this upload.  There is now a section
in setup.ini as follows:

@ release
sdesc: "Console AIM, ICQ, IRC, and Lily client"
ldesc: "A console AIM, ICQ, IRC and Lily CMC client."
category: Net Web
requires: cygwin libncurses8

This looks like a copy of the first four lines of the @ naim package,
but the package name "release" seems suspect, and there are no
associated packages with this entry.
