This still needs two more votes and a GTG.  In the meantime, I've made

A number of fixes are included, as well as updated support for all
current modules in gst-plugins, a new cvs.cygclass for creating packages
from CVS snapshots, and a top-level patch/ directory for easier access
to the created patches.
