graphviz-2.2.1-3 trying again

Now your graphviz-2.2.1-3.sh does not generate the cygwin patch file anymore.
Also the graphviz-2.2.1-3-BUILDLOGS.tar.bz2 is missing in the source
archive also it was included in the last version.
