Please remove the calls to "sleep" in the postinstall script.
Postinstall scripts are totally non-interactive - sleeping after printing a 
message to try and encourage the user to read it won't give any benefit - it 
just introduces a totally unnecessary delay.

Also, what is /usr/bin/libhttpd.ep ?
