With the release of cygwin 1.5.13, coreutils can do several things now
that depend on the added APIs. I also took the opportunity to fix pwd(1)
to use getcwd() in preference to readdir(), to avoid the floppy seek on
/cygdrive. Note that access to FAT drives requires a post 1.5.13 snapshot
to be reliable, but that is due to cygwin1.dll, not coreutils *.exe.

I think it is finally time to move coreutils out of test, but leave
5.2.1-5 as the previous version. Therefore, there is a new setup.hint,
and you can delete 5.3.0-2.
