AT&T ksh93

This is a followup to the request for ksh93 on cygwin@cygwin.com.  I
repackaged and reposted the binary package to include a postinstall
script that plays nice with other ksh implementations by installing
/bin/ksh93.exe and making a /bin/ksh.exe => ksh93.exe symlink if
/bin/ksh.exe doesn't exist.
