update: tetex 2.0.2-15

A number of problems with 2.0.2-14 have been fixed, and I've also
upgraded X and linked against the new X libraries.

I'd like to remove 2.0.2-14 and have this new release replace it.

Any ideas how to handle the setup hints?  The new tetex-x11 hint file
requires: x11-org-base (instead of XFree86-base), but that would be a
problem for 2.0.2-13.

tetex-bin (2.0.2-15)

  * Use vartexfonts=/var/cache/fonts.
  * Build against x11-org-bin-dlls.
  * X11 package split fixes.
  * README install fixes.
  * Rebuild (fixes /share/doc packaging problem).  Thanks Volker (2x).

tetex-texmf (2.0.2-15)

  * Create $(localstatedir)/cache/fonts (WAS: spool/texmf).
