I've taken over from Jason Tishler with the 8.x series with his 
permission. Thanks Jason!
I've added several stuff. (libintl3, contrib, better layout, gbs, ...)
This is to gain more reports to the postgresql folks.
They lack some cygwin developers. The final 8.0 release is expected 
later this year.
The tablespace feature is known to fail.
