Indeed - I was mixing issues. The problem is that at the moment, setup does 
*not* generate a list of options - it implies the next option based on the 
current option - somewhat imperfectly, as you have discovered. Actually 
having a full list available would make the "what is next" logic rather 
simpler - and so less susceptible to bugs.
