[ITP] ec-fonts-mftraced

I'd like to package and maintain the ec-fonts-mftraced package for 
cygwin, because recent versions of the lilypond package depend on it. 
AFAIK the process to get ec-fonts-mftraced into the debian distribution 
has begun.
