New package: ec-fonts-mftraced

After reviewing it with Gerrit, I think the files are ready to upload. I 
hope that this way is good, please tell me if I should done something else.

This package is needed for the current lilypond to be released.

ldesc: "These are PostScript Type1 renderings and TFMs of the EC variants
