Ok.  I've formally passed the baton to Gerrit.  He has the ability to
upload his own packages now, so there is no need to do this for him.

Igor, if you're reading this could you give Gerrit five gold stars?  The
depths of my appreciation for someone taking over this task is
boundless.

I will still be involved in gcc development since I need to approve
cygwin-specific changes and act as a rubber stamp for Danny Smith's
changes.  You just won't be seeing gcc announcements from me going
forward.
