Actually, 2.2.8 includes a bug which others and me found just a day
after indent 2.2.8 was released, it is only one minimal tweak in the
build system needed because he used an older gettext version IIRC.
Anyway, Cygwin indent was released with this patch included and is in
fact indentical with 2.2.8a.  I didn't bump the version because I
released the original package with patch included before the fix was
posted at the official website, sigh.
