I am ok with this. I'm not going to participate in a flamefest like that
occuring when I introduced libgetopt++ w/o generated files.
So... if no-one speaks up against this in the next week, we'll remove
the auto-tool generated files.

No thanks. There's no need to regenerate libgetopt++ after changing a
setup.exe auto* file, and vice verca.
