Hi,

I'm trying to install postgress on a win2000 machine. when I try to init the
db with:
$initdb -D /usr/local/db I recive the following error:

The files belonging to this database system will be owned by user
"Administrator".
This user must also own the server process.

The database cluster will be initialized with locale C.

creating directory erro... ok
creating directory erro/base... ok
creating directory erro/global... ok
creating directory erro/pg_xlog... ok
creating directory erro/pg_clog... ok
creating template1 database in erro/base/1... IpcSemaphoreCreate:
semget(key=1, num=17, 03600) failed: Function not implemented

initdb failed.
