AFAIK, dx is an X package, and thus vote-exempt.

IIRC, Harold indicated that GraphicsMagick is offered as a non-X package,
and thus should be voted on (or, rather, he did for ImageMagick, and then
said that GraphicsMagick fully replaces that).
