This is NOT to be confused with the earlier non-test release of
tiff-3.6.0-2, libtiff3-3.6.0-2, and libtiff-devel-3.6.0-2.  The new,
curr: release has 'cygtiff3.dll' while the new test: release has
cygtiff4.dll.  (As I previously mentioned on this list, I have already
changed the affected setup.hint files from 'tiff' to 'libtiff3' to
reflect the "new" curr: release; updating your setup.hint files to
libtiff4 appropriate is your job.)

* compiled against cygwin-1.5.1 kernel

* documentation moved to /usr/share/*

* updated to the tiff-v3.6.0beta2 release
