I feel very sorry.
I was waiting for time to test the new release a lot before releasing it
and finally solve the "strangeness" the Cygwin release of rsync has.
But I must face the fact that I have no time for that right now and that
a "plain unpatched" 2.5.6 should anyway be better than 2.5.5, thanks for
some upstream changes.
And if some problem should arise (I found none, but then I didn't test it
with heavy-duty tasks some users use it to), 2.5.5-2 would be available on
the server still, is it?

I guess it is better to release this now and release 2.5.6-2 as soon as I
can do more tests and try various patches...
