I think I see what's going on.  Robert may have upx'ed the executable
himself so upset couldn't grab the info from the binary.

I've uncompressed the executable and we'll see what happens.  It will be
compressed automatically at 15:10 EST.  In theory, upset will figure out
the version number change at that point.
