init and agetty packages available for review/upload.

I fixed the symlinks in the updated sysvinit package. The symlinks now point
to the executable with .exe suffix:

lrwxrwxrwx Admin/Admin    0 2002-11-09 08:21:22 sbin/telinit -> init.exe
