md5sum of texmf-doc does not match?

I'm the maintainer for cygwin, but seems that its not something I can
do much about, cc'ing reply to cygwin-apps.

It seems that the md5sum generated at cygwin is not correct:

> $ md5sum cygwin/contrib/texmf/texmf-doc/texmf-doc-20000804-2.tar.bz2
> eb532d399c49bde15d10ef559f0c6f11 *texmf-doc-20000804-2.tar.bz2

because I get the same here as you do:

Have you checked other files?
