I would probably advise using the latest ti-rpc distribution rather than 
the old sunrpc.  AFAIK, it is more secure.  Thanks though for going to 
the trouble of porting it.  This is something that cygwin has been 
needing for awhile.  If you're really bold, you could actually merge the 
headers/libaries in with newlib and submit a patch to the newlib list. 
 That way it would be more accessible to programs.  Just a suggestion...
