Very nice work!

The example for PostgreSQL includes passing some debug options to
postgres that are not generally necessary (the -d and -o options), as
well as the optional --user option that applies only if postgres must
run as a specific user (not always the case).  However, this does
serve to show a near-worst-case and makes a helpful example, so I
think it can stand as is.  More detailed explanation of the postgres
case belongs somewhere else in postgres documentation -- something I
plan to do.
