Usually i got no problems with iconv stuff (with bleadperl).
As i tried to build 5.6.1 at first, i do it with libiconv
and i couldn't remember of problems with that part.
But it will need another detailed look to this point to make
a definitive statement.

I just deleted another package from my website, so i got space enough
now to load up my final version which should work o.k. like the second.
I updated libnet to 1.704 and added MD5 and MIME-Base64 modules.
I wanted to include also libwww and partners, but i ggot problems here
with 'tar'...
I just couldn't extract HTML-Parser-3.25 without getting an error which
was stopping the build-script.
I'm not uploading now, because my website is down:-(
perl-5.6.1-gph-3-src.tar.bz2 5.12MB
perl-5.6.1-gph-3.tar.bz2 6.21MB
I could mail it, but it is quite a big package.
I am at work the day over, if my ISP gets the site up again, i will
put it up then.
If it is up, you will find it here: http://familiehaase.de/cywgin/perl/
