This showed up in the cygwin mailing list.

Since the setup.exe program does not currently handle -patch.tar.gz files,
I have removed them.

I'm not entirely sure what was supposed to happen with these files but
if they are necessary then a new version of setup.exe is required.

the internet setup will also download the *-patch.tar.gz files for these new packages. The files are extracted to /. This seems not intended ??
