	* version.h (VERSION_MICRO): Bump to 8.
	* native/Makefile (LIBS): Drop default-manifest file.
	* native/Win32Error.h: Downcase header filenames to enable cross
	compiling.
	* native/getAccountName.cpp: Drop useless tchar.h include.
