Log message:
	* bootstrap.sh: Allow running from a builddir. Run configure
	unless NOCONFIGURE is defined.
	* doconfigure: Remove.
	* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Remove doconfigure.
	* README: Document that bootstrap.sh runs configure.
	Remove reference to doconfigure.
