	* templates/generic-build-script (install_docs): Add ChangeLog*.
	(install): Allow postinstall script to be named ${PKG}.sh.
	* templates/generic-readme: Update to cygwin-1.5.7.  Use README
	as example documentation instead of AUTHORS.  Clarify port notes.
